About Us
CP&E was founded in 1957. For the past five decades, CP&E has worked to establish itself as one of Hawaii’s premier consultants in land development by engineering creative, cost-effective new communities for public and private sector clients.
As Honolulu matured into its present-day urban character, CP&E has left its mark on the design and development of many of the islands’ major master-planned residential and resort communities. CP&E remains deeply rooted in Hawaii and is proud to be perpetuating our role in the growth and transformation of Hawaii’s communities.
